Substitutions and Additions
- Substitutions and additions are allowed until February 22, 2026.
- To remove a participant or move them to a different team, the current team captain must reach out using the email address they used to register. Click the button below to make a request.

- New team members can register and pay within RunSignUp
- New team members must sign waivers and meet the age requirements.
Team Name Changes
Team captains have the ability to change the team name in RunSignUp. All team name changes must be done by February 22, 2026. Team captains can follow the steps below to change the team name. Please email support@wjrclub.com if there are any issues making the change.
