No Refunds: All registrations are non-refundable. This includes Relay Teams, Cyclists, and Virtual Participants.
Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to another participant or deferred to the following year if the request is made before the registration deadline (February 22, 2026).
Process: To initiate a transfer or deferral, participants should log in to their registration portal or email support@wjrclub.com for assistance.
Note: If you are transferring to a different team, the current team captain must contact support directly.
